Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my handmade work. I want you to love your purchase, and I do my best to create items with care and quality. Because each piece is handmade, my policies are designed to protect both you and the integrity of the items I offer.

Returns for Headwear (Hats & Ear Warmers)

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on any items worn on the head, including hats and ear warmers. These items cannot be resold once tried on, so all headwear sales are final.

Additionally, any custom item (size or color choice) cannot be returned.

Returns for Accessories (Brooches, Keychains, Bookmarks & Other Non-Wearable Items)

Refunds are accepted for eligible accessories that are not worn on the body and are not custom colors.

To receive a refund:

• The item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition.

• It is returned within 14 days

• Items will be inspected upon return before a refund is issued.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please note: original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Amount

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the original shipping cost paid by the shop. Although shipping is free at checkout, the shop covers the cost to mail your order, so that amount is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered.
If you would like a different item, you are welcome to return an eligible accessory for a refund and then purchase the item you prefer.

(Headwear remains non-returnable and non-exchangeable.)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

If your item qualifies for a return, please contact me at orders@stitchscriptstudio.store with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Instructions will be provided on how to send it back.
