At Stitch Script Studio, every order is packaged with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect once your package is on its way.

Free U.S. Shipping

All domestic orders ship free—no minimum purchase required.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship items: Ship within 2–3 business days.

• Made-to-Order items: Ship within 5–15 business days, depending on design and current order volume.

Shipping Method

Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, based on your selection at checkout.

Most packages are delivered within 4–7 business days after shipping. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and final delivery is managed solely by USPS.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number when your package is on its way.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Once a package is shipped, the address cannot be updated.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once USPS accepts a package, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your order seems delayed or lost, feel free to reach out—We're always happy to assist—though USPS will provide the most up-to-date information using your tracking number.
